SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Sugar Browed and forms part of our Terms of Service.

By placing an order with Sugar Browed, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out in this Shipping Policy.

Sugar Browed operates internationally and ships products worldwide through fulfillment partners, logistics providers, carriers, and, where applicable, authorized suppliers.

3. FULFILMENT LOCATION

Most orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our logistics warehouse located in Serbia.

Certain products may be shipped directly from authorized suppliers, manufacturers, distribution partners, or third-party fulfillment facilities located in different countries.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that products may be shipped internationally from Serbia or other authorized fulfillment locations.

4. PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are generally processed within two (2) to four (4) business days.

Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Processing times may be extended during periods of increased demand, including but not limited to:

  • Product launches;

  • Promotional campaigns;

  • Black Friday;

  • Cyber Monday;

  • Christmas periods;

  • New Year periods;

  • Seasonal sales;

  • Public holidays in Spain;

  • Public holidays in Serbia;

  • Other peak operational periods.

Processing time refers only to order preparation, packing, verification, and dispatch.

Processing time does not include transit time.

5. SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods are displayed at checkout and may include:

  • Standard Shipping;

  • Express Shipping;

  • Premium Shipping;

  • Other available carrier services.

Shipping methods, carriers, and delivery partners may vary depending on destination, product type, availability, operational requirements, and logistics considerations.

Sugar Browed reserves the right to select or change shipping providers without prior notice.

Examples of carriers may include:

  • DHL;

  • FedEx;

  • UPS;

  • Correos;

  • Magyar Post;

  • National postal services;

  • Regional logistics providers;

  • Other commercial carriers.

6. SHIPPING ESTIMATES

Estimated delivery times displayed on the website, at checkout, or in communications are estimates only.

Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs procedures;

  • Carrier delays;

  • Weather conditions;

  • Transportation disruptions;

  • Regulatory inspections;

  • Government actions;

  • Security reviews;

  • Public holidays;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Natural disasters;

  • Public health emergencies;

  • Force majeure events;

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Sugar Browed does not guarantee specific delivery dates.

7. ORDER CHANGES

Customers must contact Sugar Browed within twelve (12) hours of placing an order if they wish to request modifications.

Requests may include:

  • Address changes;

  • Product changes;

  • Shipping method changes;

  • Order cancellation requests.

Once an order enters processing, fulfillment, packing, or dispatch stages, modifications cannot be guaranteed.

8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Sugar Browed reserves the right to divide orders into multiple shipments where reasonably necessary.

Reasons may include:

  • Product availability;

  • Warehouse availability;

  • Supplier availability;

  • Product type;

  • Weight restrictions;

  • Shipping restrictions;

  • Operational efficiency.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

9. DROPSHIPPING AND THIRD-PARTY FULFILMENT

Certain products may be shipped directly by approved suppliers, manufacturers, or logistics partners.

As a result:

  • Products within the same order may arrive separately;

  • Products may originate from different countries;

  • Different tracking numbers may be issued;

  • Delivery times may vary.

Such arrangements do not affect the validity of the purchase contract with Sugar Browed.

10. PRE-ORDERS

From time to time, Sugar Browed may offer products on a pre-order basis.

Estimated release dates and delivery dates are estimates only.

Pre-order products may be shipped separately from in-stock products.

Where an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, Sugar Browed reserves the right to:

  • Hold the entire order until all products become available;

  • Ship products separately;

  • Determine the most appropriate fulfillment method.

Delays affecting pre-orders do not automatically entitle customers to compensation, refunds, or cancellation rights beyond those required by applicable law.

11. FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEM DELIVERIES

Certain products, including but not limited to:

  • Treatment beds;

  • Beauty furniture;

  • Salon chairs;

  • Salon stools;

  • Makeup stations;

  • Equipment;

may require extended delivery times.

Estimated delivery times for furniture products may range from fourteen (14) to sixty (60) days or longer depending on destination, availability, manufacturing schedules, and logistics conditions.

Furniture deliveries may be provided as curbside delivery only.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Property access;

  • Elevators;

  • Stair access;

  • Entry clearances;

  • Assembly;

  • Installation;

  • Removal of packaging materials unless otherwise agreed.

Sugar Browed is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from inadequate access conditions.

12. SHIPPING TERMS (DAP – INCOTERMS® 2020)

Unless otherwise stated, international shipments are dispatched under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms pursuant to Incoterms® 2020.

Under DAP terms:

Sugar Browed is responsible for export clearance and transportation to the destination country.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Import duties;

  • Import taxes;

  • VAT;

  • Brokerage fees;

  • Clearance fees;

  • Government charges;

  • Local taxes;

  • Import formalities.

All such costs remain solely the responsibility of the customer.

13. CUSTOMS, IMPORT FEES AND INTERNATIONAL CHARGES

Because products may be shipped internationally, customs authorities may impose additional charges.

Sugar Browed has no control over:

  • Customs assessments;

  • Import duties;

  • VAT rates;

  • Government charges;

  • Brokerage fees;

  • Inspection fees;

  • Storage fees;

  • Local taxes.

Customers are solely responsible for these costs.

Sugar Browed shall not be liable for customs delays, inspections, holds, seizures, restrictions, or governmental actions.

14. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information is generally provided once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring availability to receive shipments.

Tracking information supplied by carriers may be relied upon by Sugar Browed as evidence of shipment status.

15. DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED CLAIMS

Where carrier tracking indicates that an order has been delivered, Sugar Browed reserves the right to investigate any claim that the shipment was not received.

Customers may be required to:

  • Contact the carrier;

  • Verify delivery details;

  • Provide supporting documentation;

  • Cooperate with investigations;

  • File reports where appropriate.

Refunds, replacements, or other resolutions may be withheld until investigations have been completed.

Each case will be assessed individually.

16. LOST SHIPMENTS

A shipment will not be considered lost until the relevant carrier or logistics provider has completed its investigation.

Investigation periods may vary and can exceed fourteen (14) business days.

During an active investigation:

  • No refund will be issued;

  • No replacement will be issued;

  • Sugar Browed must await the carrier's findings.

Where a shipment is confirmed lost, customers may choose between:

  • A replacement shipment; or

  • A refund.

17. REFUSED, ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS

Customers remain responsible for all costs associated with refused, abandoned, returned, unclaimed, confiscated, or destroyed shipments.

Where such circumstances occur, Sugar Browed reserves the right to deduct from any eligible refund:

  • Return shipping charges;

  • Customs fees;

  • Import charges;

  • Export charges;

  • Storage fees;

  • Brokerage fees;

  • Administrative costs;

  • Carrier charges;

  • Destruction costs.

Refusal to pay customs charges does not automatically create a right to a refund.

18. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate and complete.

Sugar Browed shall not be liable for delays, losses, returns, or additional costs resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses;

  • Incomplete addresses;

  • Incorrect recipient information;

  • Delivery instruction errors.

Additional shipping and administrative charges may apply before reshipment.

19. FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect customers and prevent fraud, Sugar Browed reserves the right to:

  • Verify identities;

  • Verify addresses;

  • Verify payment information;

  • Delay shipment;

  • Suspend fulfillment;

  • Request supporting documentation;

  • Cancel suspicious orders.

Orders may be withheld pending verification.

20. EXPORT RESTRICTIONS, SANCTIONS AND DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

Sugar Browed reserves the right to refuse, restrict, suspend, or cancel shipments where delivery becomes:

  • Illegal;

  • Restricted;

  • Unsafe;

  • Commercially impractical.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Trade sanctions;

  • Export restrictions;

  • Import restrictions;

  • Government regulations;

  • Armed conflicts;

  • Political instability;

  • Security concerns.

Sugar Browed shall not be liable for resulting delays, cancellations, or non-delivery.

21. BUSINESS CUSTOMERS (B2B)

For business customers, risk of loss and responsibility for goods transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Separate commercial shipping arrangements may apply to wholesale, distributor, reseller, partner, or commercial orders.
